Recreational cabins can serve so many purposes! They could be used for a vacation spot, a place to spend your summer, camping on the weekends, a hunting or fishing cabin, or just your own private place to get away.
When you look at the base prices for the cabins, they come with an unfinished interior. Maybe you are a craftsman or like to DIY and this would be a good option for you. The photo below is what an unfinished board and batten interior looks like.
This Board & Batten display Cabin shown above is also our sales office. You're welcome to come and have a look for yourself any time during regular office hours.
A little information on this cabin;
This Model is a 24x40 Board & Batten with a metal roof. It has 8 rooms. 7 interior and 1 exterior. The walls and ceiling are pine tongue and groove, and the flooring is laminate. It was originally set up with an electric package so the beautiful inset lighting can be seen throughout the two main rooms. It is now functioning on our solar package, that we can have custom quoted for you. Other options that you can view while walking through our office is the composting toilet, kitchen cabinetry, and custom counter top. We would be happy to price you out a cabin with whatever options you choose. Sorry, we do not install any plumbing. We will install chosen electric packages but it is the buyer's responsibility to have the electric installed from the building to the utility connection point.
As for a base for your new cabin, we recommend, and can install for an additional price, a stone pad or concrete pad. We can also set the cabins on block/pillars under 2' high. We do not install cabins on basements.
We offer traditional financing with approved credit.
Some cabins also qualify for rent to own leasing with no credit check. In order to qualify the building needs to be;
cannot be connected to anything permanent until after pay off
A question we are often asked is if you can live in our buildings. We are not a licensed home builder. We manufacture recreational buildings only. The difference between recreational and residential in the state of Pennsylvania, you may not live in a recreational cabin for 2 weeks out of the year. If you have any questions or would like a custom quote please feel free to contact us!
If you would rather start moving in furniture after your cabin is delivered, than the finished interior is the way to go. The photo below is a recreational cabin with the options of laminate flooring, insulated windows, insulated 9 lite entry door, pine tongue and groove walls and ceiling, and the electric package, with the additional in-set lighting.
