Standard features in the Board & Batten Series include Board & Batten Siding, Architectural shingled roof with a 3″ roof overhang, wall vents, solid board & batten doors, 2 windows with choice of slat shutters or trim.

- 8×12 to 12×18 include 2 – 18×23 windows with shutters
- 12×20 and up include 2 – 24×27″ windows with shutters

Board & Batten models need to be treated much like a log structure. Their exterior needs to be upkept with stain to preserve the natural wood. More care also needs to taken to keep additional moisture away from these models.
